There is no SaaS license or monthly maintenance for wholesale; all US networks are available by default. Setup fee $750, minimum qualifying spend is $750 per month (effective as of your 4th month).
There is no SaaS license or monthly maintenance for standard wholesale unless backoffice option is selected; all US networks are available by default. Setup fee $500 waived for all FISPA members in good standing on contracts signed and executed by before July 31, 2020.
There is no SaaS license or monthly maintenance for WISPs or IoT-only accounts, although minimum purchases apply: 500 IoT device activations or at least 1 enterprise fiber connection for WISPs. A consulting agreement is required for WISP technical expertise (FCC licensing, spectrum, equipment, provisioning, network design etc) & infrastructure implementation & management. Most consulting services are provided remotely, but on-site consulting services are available.
There is no SaaS license or monthly maintenance for wholesale aggregators; all US networks are available by default. Setup fee $1,500, minimum qualifying spend is $1,500 per month (effective as of your 4th month); sub-account setup fee $500, minimum qualifying spend per sub-account is $500 per month (effective as of their 4th month).

The SaaS license does not include the cost of SIM cards, devices, subscriber services; or bank/card transaction fees (which may vary according to the payment processor). If using a payment method other than card, a refundable deposit equal to 30% of the setup fee is taken for initial funding of your e-wallet which is used to activate services & we will automatically replenish your e-wallet as needed using your chosen payment method when the balance drops below $100 (unless you choose to replenish it yourself).

Private-labeled cellular/IoT with custom branding: Branding requires carrier approval & a one-time setup fee of $25,000 (per network, options on one or both T-Mobile and AT&T, costs are passed on from the carrier) + legal costs (may vary by state - usually about $500 per entity). There is a minimum order quantity of SIM Cards (10,000 units per network) for this option. First order will include a one-time setup fee of $5,000 per network for SIM branding & artwork (costs are passed on from the manufacturer). Does not include the cost of subscriber services.
This option is not required to offer branded cellular services (including Truss). (Cellular services can still be offered using one of our brands using the standard wholesale platform).
Streaming TV (White Labeled): One-time setup $3,500 for Android/AndroidTV & iOS apps, and default Set-Top Box customization.
Streaming TV (Private Labeled):One-time setup $15,000 for Fully Integrated Reseller Panel with custom channel packages, Android/AndroidTV & iOS apps, and default Set-Top Box customization. Monthly Server Costs apply (proportionate to number of subscribers).
Custom developed apps on other platforms, Set-Top Boxes (such as Roku, Tizen, WebOS etc) available upon request (development costs & time to launch may vary).
Does not include the cost of Streaming TV devices or subscriber services.
This option is not required to offer Streaming TV services (Streaming TV services can still be offered using one of our brands).
VOIP: One-time setup $499 for custom VOIP server.
Does not include the monthly server maintenance, cost of customer equipment, apps or subscriber services.
This option is not required to offer VOIP services (VOIP services can still be offered using one of our brands using the standard wholesale platform).
Truss VAR/VAD: There is no charge to become a Truss VAR or VAD. You may optionally choose to purchase certain features from Truss Communications, Inc separately.
This option is required to offer Truss-branded cellular services and to procure certain devices. Truss-branded services are available on a commission only basis (no re-billing/marking-up is allowed).
Nondisclosure and Nonuse Obligation: Each of the parties, as Recipient, agrees that such Recipient will not use, disseminate, or in any way disclose any Confidential Information of the other party, as Discloser, to any person, firm or business, except to the extent necessary for internal evaluations in connection with negotiations, discussions, and consultations with personnel or authorized representatives of such Discloser, and for any other purpose such Discloser may hereafter authorize in writing. Furthermore, the existence of any business negotiations, discussions, consultations or agreements in progress between the parties shall not be released to any form of public media without written approval of both parties. Each of the parties, as Recipient, agrees that such Recipient shall treat all Confidential Information of the Recipient’s own Confidential Information, but in no case less than reasonable care. Each of the parties, as Recipient, which is not an individual agrees that such Recipient shall disclose Confidential Information of the other party, as Discloser, only to those of such Recipient’s employees who need to know such information, and such Recipient certifies that such Recipient’s employees who need to know such information, and such Recipient certifies that such Recipient employees have previously agreed, either as a condition to employment or in order to obtain the Confidential Information of the Discloser, to be bound by terms and conditions substantially similar to those terms and conditions applicable to such Recipient under this Agreement. Each of the parties, as Recipient, shall immediately give notice to the other party, as Discloser, of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Discloser’s Confidential Information. Each of the parties as Recipient, agrees to assist the other party, as Discloser, in remedying any such unauthorized use or disclosure of Discloser’s Confidential Information.
Disclosure of Third Party Information: Neither party shall communicate any information to the other in violation of the proprietary rights of any third party.
No Warranty: All Confidential Information is provided “AS IS” and without any warranty, express, implied or otherwise, regarding such Confidential Information’s accuracy or performance.
Term: This Agreement shall govern all communications between the parties that are made during the period from the Effective Date to the date on which either party receives from the other written notice that subsequent communications shall not be so governed, provided, however, that each party’s obligations under Paragraph 2 (“Nondisclosure and Nonuse Obligations”) with respect to Confidential Information of the other party which such each party has previously received shall continue in perpetuity.
No Assignment: Neither party will assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Injunctive Relief: A breach by either party of any of the promises or agreements contained herein will result in irreparable and continuing damage to the other party for which there will be no adequate remedy at law, and such other party shall be entitled to injunctive relief and/or a decree for specific performance, and such other relief as may be proper (including monetary damages if appropriate).
Upon submission of this form, you will receive an email containing a link to your service agreement as well as instructions for submitting the completed agreement and your payment information using our secure, encrypted forms.
BOTH the signed agreement AND payment information must have been submitted, and the applicable setup fees paid before we can activate your reseller account or distribute any SIM cards, hardware or other materials. Any services offered for "testing" prior to completion of paperwork & payment information are offered directly by the Retailer at standard retail rates and are subject to the Retailer's terms and conditions (including any term contract which may exist for the service).
